To help us with our planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. However, the deadline is August 27, 2025 - as we need to let our vendors know how many guests we will have by then!
Do to limited space, we can only accommodate the guests listed on your invitations.
As much as we love your little ones, due to limited space in our reception venue, we are only inviting kids who have parents in the wedding party. Everyone who is invited from your household is listed in the RSVP section of the website.
Since the reception is at a golf resort, we are asking our guests to dress in their best “coastal country club” attire. Examples include sundresses or lightweight skirts for women and golf shorts and polos for men. The ceremony will be on the beach. Please plan for wind and sand.
The ceremony will be on the beach between beach markers 23 and 25. We will know more about the exact location on the morning of October 18 and put up a sign in front of the altar. Please note that there could also be other weddings hosted on the beach. Feel free to call if you’re unsure of where to go!
The reception will be held at Reds Patio Bar - which is the outdoor space adjacent to The Black Marlin Bar & Grill.
There is a boardwalk between beach markers 23 and 24 that can be used for walking or golf carts. This leads directly to Palmilla Beach Resort. If you in a car, take Access Rd 1 (closer to beach marker 25) and turn right on Sunrise Ave.
For the ceremony, we are requesting that you park to the left or right of the dedicated space for seating. Please try to leave a little space if you can. For the reception, there is a parking lot dedicated to Black Marlin/clubhouse parking right next to Reds Patio Bar. Feel free to take any open space.
To allow ample time to find parking on the beach, we are recommending guests arrive around 3:30.
