Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The doors open at 6:00pm and the ceremony will start promptly at 6:30pm. We ask guests to arrive at the Crane Bay event center by 6:15pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is black tie optional. This is a festive and formal event, so bring your favorite NYE outfit!

While we love your little ones, our celebration will be adults only. We hope you can enjoy a night out with us!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes. For guests staying at Bottleworks hotel, we will provide transportation both to and from the wedding venue. The shuttle will pick up guests from Bottleworks Hotel at 5:50PM to Crane Bay for the ceremony/reception. Return shuttles from the venue to Bottleworks will start at 11:00PM and depart every 30 minutes until 1:00AM.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, free parking is available at the Crane Bay event center.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! You will be able to specify any food allergies or dietary restrictions when you RSVP.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a hotel block reserved at Bottleworks Hotel. The Staybridge Suites downtown is another great option and is within walking distance to the Crane Bay event center. Please see accommodations for more details.
