Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

All wedding guests are invited to attend our Welcome Party on Saturday, May 23rd. Please see the "Schedule" tab for more information!

What is the wedding dress code?

Answer

Springtime Cocktail Attire – Think festive spring colors! Long, midi, or short dresses for women (florals and pastels welcome) and suits (ties optional) for men are perfect. Lighter or seasonal suit colors are encouraged. Please note that the ceremony will be on grass, so choose your footwear accordingly!

What is the Saturday night Welcome Party attire?

Answer

Cocktail Attire Requested. For men, think button-downs and blazers — no ties needed. For women, cocktail dresses, midi dresses, or dressy separates are perfect.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We will be providing shuttles from The Omni Hotel and Quirk Hotel to and from Upper Shirley Vineyards. Shuttles will arrive to the hotels at 4pm and depart both hotels at 4:20pm. Shuttles will depart from the venue at the end of the night at 9:15pm and 11pm. Please indicate whether you plan to use the provided transportation when you RSVP.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Transportation will be provided to and from the venue from The Omni and Quirk hotels. Should you prefer to drive, there is plenty of free parking available at Upper Shirley Vineyards.

How far is the venue from the hotel blocks?

Answer

Upper Shirley Vineyards is about a 35 minute drive from both Quirk and Omni hotels.
