Travel Note
Abigail Broderdorf and Shannon Jacobson are our travel agents with Romance Travel Group. We will use this link to book resort rooms using our room block. More information on pricing and travel can be found in the link as well. We kindly ask that all room deposits are made by 05/05/25 so we can get an accurate head count for the wedding and other activities. We will be at the resort from March 10-17, 2026, and while there is a three-night minimum stay, guests are welcome to join us for the full week or any dates before or after the wedding weekend. We recommend staying the Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night if you are selecting 3 days. Also, the sunset cruise will be Thursday afternoon, so make sure to fly in that morning if you select to arrive Thursday. Please work with out travel agent to select your preferred dates and secure your booking. Additionally, our agents offer payment plans, which allow you to space out the cost of your stay and travel. Hotel
This is the resort we will all be staying at. Our travel agent has booked a room block, please book through the travel agent site (NOT independently).
Flight
Our travel agent with will aid in booking the resort and transfers, but flights and airlines will be left the guests discretion. We acknowledge that guests have preferred airlines and points that can be used to book flights. Attached is the airport to fly into, the resort will be a short drive (transfer) away.
Travel Note
A valid passport is required for travel to Mexico. If you don’t have one or need a renewal, we recommend applying as soon as possible, as processing times can take several months. Check your passport’s expiration date—many countries require at least six months of validity beyond your travel dates.
