When should I RSVP by?

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be outdoors and near the beach, creating a warm tropical atmosphere with ocean breeze. There will be grassy areas, so we recommend shoes that are comfortable for walking on natural surfaces.

We kindly ask guests to arrive around 4:30 PM so you can settle in before the celebration begins.

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate the guests specifically listed on your invitation. Thank you so much for understanding.

We have reserved a block of rooms at the Hilton Hotel for our guests. This block includes a special discounted rate and daily buffet breakfast. We encourage you to book early to secure your room. More details and reservation links will be available on our website.

Will there be transportation from the hotel to the venue?

Yes, we will provide transportation for guests staying at the Hilton Hotel. - The shuttle will leave the hotel at 4:00 PM (the drive is approximately 30 minutes). - After the reception, the shuttle will return to the Hilton. If you plan to use the shuttle please let us know so we can include you in the count.

Yes, parking is available at the venue for guests who prefer to arrive on their own.

What is the best airport to fly into?

The closest airport is Ernesto Cortissoz International Airport (BAQ) in Barranquilla. From there, the hotel is easily accessible via Uber.

We recommend downloading Uber before traveling to Colombia, as it is the most convenient and reliable way to get around.

Will there be food provided during the Chiva City Tour?

Unfortunately, no there will not be food provided on the tour. Attendees should either eat before or bring your own food to eat during.

The dress code is Tropical Semi-Formal. Since the wedding will be outdoors and near the beach, we suggest breathable fabrics and lighter colors. Our website includes a guide with suggested attire.

Will the wedding be live-streamed?

Unfortunately, we won’t be able to live-stream the event due to limited signal in the area. However, we will record special moments and share them afterwards with guests who couldn’t join us.
