Jake had been working on a proposal plan that was thoughtful, romantic, and had a little piece of Saratoga! Under the guise of finding a hidden horse shoe, we went to Congress Park (on the coldest day of the year!). There resting on the historic carousel was a horse shoe with the words "Marry Me" engraved, the rest is history!
