FAQs

The Wedding Website of Jake Schrier and Loren Eastman
Question

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Due to limited space at our venue, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

This is a formal event and we would love to see our friends and family dressed up with us! There will be a black tie optional dress code in place for the wedding. For women, this includes formal midi or full length dresses. For men, suits and tuxedos would be appreciated. Feel free to wear whatever color you like, but please no white.

Question

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony ceremony and reception will be held outdoors and the cocktail hour will be held indoors.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

You can RSVP as soon as you'd like! Please make sure you RSVP "yes" or "no" by August 1, 2026. This allows us to give our vendors a correct guest count prior to the wedding.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

First off, thank you so much for traveling the distance to celebrate with us! We have provided everyone with hotels near the venue that you may book with for the night. This will be located under the travel tab with links provided to each hotel to check availability and book.

Question

When should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony on Friday will be starting at 5:30pm. To avoid being late and missing anything, we recommend arriving by 5:00pm to ensure you find a seat before it starts!

Question

Is there parking?

Answer

The venue is on King Street, which is the downtown area of Charleston. There will not be any parking nearby but the venue is very walkable to the hotels we have listed. You can also take an Uber or Lyft!

Question

Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We have hired an amazing photographer named Olivia and she will be there to capture all of the moments of the ceremony! We kindly ask that phones be put away during the ceremony portion. Feel free to take as many photos and videos once the ceremony has ended.
