When should I RSVP by?

We hope you can make it! Please RSVP by April 9th, 2025 (the earlier the better!)

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code will be summer formal. We encourage guests to remember that this will be an indoor/outdoor event. Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outside on grass. Newport can be warm in the summer, so please plan accordingly. The groomsmen will be in tuxedos - we encourage you to dress to impress!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The ceremony will start at 5:30pm; please plan to arrive by 5:20 at the latest. The doors at Glen Manor will be open to guests beginning at 5:00pm.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please send us your dietary restrictions and we will do our best to accommodate.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Glen Manor has ample parking spots available for guests who would like to drive themselves to the venue. For those who prefer to use the transportation provided, buses will be available to and from the venue from locations in Newport and Middletown.

Question

Where will the buses pick up from?

Answer

Buses will be picking guests up at Hotel Viking in downtown Newport and will then make their way to the Holiday Inn Express in Middletown, RI. Ubers are also available if you are unable to get to either of these locations. Busses will leave from Hotel Viking at 4:25pm and 4:35pm. Busses will leave from The Holiday Inn Express at 4:40pm and 4:50pm.
