We are getting married!

05.04.13 I went to a movie with my parents and brother. This night was my senior prom and I chose not to go. After the movie I had decided to go see Jake while he was watching Marissa, Marlo, and Alex. The kids had all gone to bed and we were outside looking at the stars, talking. Jake hugged me and told me he loved me for the first time! 05.16.13 I was with Jake at his sister Jamie's house while he was watching the kids. Jake made potato soup for supper and afterwards we took the kids to kid's city to play at the park. When we got back we all watched a movie. Jake and I were sitting on the couch and I looked over at him and he asked me to be his girlfriend! Who knew this is where we would end up! 10.01.15 We signed for and bought our very first home! We ordered pizza and asked his parents to come over and help start cleaning the house and moving a few things in. We sat in lawn chairs in the living room and had our first meal together in our home! 02.14.18 On the night before Valentines Day Jake and I went to see a late movie. I had been telling myself all day that I needed to calm down and that he wasn't going to propose even though my gut had almost convinced me he was going to. We got home just after midnight and Jake said that he couldn't go to sleep without giving me my Valentine's Day gift. He sat me down on the couch, and came out with the most beautiful purple orchid with a heart balloon that said " I Love You". He set down the orchid and gave me my card. The card was so perfect, it was almost like he wrote it himself! As I finished reading the card I looked up and Jake was down on one knee and asked me "Will you marry me?" I cried and said Yes!!! The night was so perfect!! 05.16.20 This day is our 7th anniversary together and the day we become man and wife! We are beyond excited!
