Maid of Honor
If you don't already know this lady is my sister and best friend. Words don't even begin to describe how lucky I am to have her by my side on our big day. She is always there for me no matter what and she deserves the world for putting up with me through all this wedding planning! We don't deserve all the things she does for us, especially when it comes to Charlie! Some of my favorite memories with her are when she would come over every week to do her laundry while she was finishing school and we would get to catch up. From our shenanigans while growing up in the same room and laughing so hard we couldn't breathe, to me cutting her hair (when she barely had any..sorry Mom,) to watching her grow up into the incredibly strong, smart, and kick ass lady I can't imagine my life without her.
Best Man
I first met James sophomore year after he was moved up as a freshman to join our JV football team. Our friendship grew throughout the season and we quickly learned that we shared a love for the great outdoors. We both ended up in La Crosse where it seemed we spent every weekend together, and later on became roommates for a few years. Some of my favorite memories include our fishing trips to the turtle flambeau or the border waters in northern MN, and of course all of ours trips to Colorado and Utah. James has been like a brother to me over the years and can't wait for our next adventure!
Bridesmaid
Growing up I would say this lady was practically my second sister. Being cousins always gives you a bond but it is so much more than that. From playing dress up and barbies because our sisters just weren't as into it as we were, to living in La Crosse and spending our favorite holiday together...Oktoberfest of course! She's always there when I need her, especially when I need a pick me up. Whether its just staying in and having girls night or dancing and singing out hearts out at Shooters, our favorite bar. As we have gotten older we literally have the same taste in just about everything and always end up being "twins", so don't be surprised if we show up in the same dress! She is one heck of a special person to me and I don't know what I would do without her!
Groomsman
Ethan and I first met all the way back in pre-k. We were inseparable growing up and I'm fairly confident that I spent more of my childhood at the Bachinski household than my own. Tons of memories from tearing up go-carts, mini bikes and 3-wheelers to all those years of weight lifting, football and track. We went our separate ways in the college years but every time we get together we never skip a beat.
Bridesmaid
This sassy lady and I have had countless adventures all beginning with our freshmen year of college at UWL preparing for our powderpuff football game. (We obviously were in it for the crafting instead of the actual game.) Not sure where Jake and I would be without you since I needed every bit of advice on how to prepare for our first date. I wouldn't trade our crazy LAX nights with Disney karaoke pregames for anything. Fast forward to us being "all grown up" and our idea of fun being staying in on Friday nights instead of going out and planning my wedding instead of what we would wear to go out, I can't imagine "getting old" without her by my side!
Groomsman
I first met Alan in 3rd grade after his family moved to Milton and he had joined our class. We quickly became great friends, and even started our very own desk cleaning business during recess! We spent many summers playing backyard football together and eventually shared the field together in high school. I lived with Alan for almost 5 years in La Crosse where he became more like family than a friend. Alan has always been there to help me out through tough times and is the first person I turn to in times of need. He’s seen me at my best as well as my worst, and I’m glad to consider him a great friend.
Bridesmaid
I met this fine lady when we were starting out at Western and we were both the shy kids sitting in the back. It all started when we both awkwardly tried to exchange numbers to be study partners and ended up becoming great friends. Our sleep deprived Thursdays at school when all we had to do was look at each other and not stop laughing through the entire class period, the way she will always do anything you need (and I really mean anything..like the time when Jake and I lived apart because I had to finish my clinical rotation and I almost needed a ride to the Emergency room at 11 pm when Charlie broke my nose and she kept checking on me to make sure I was okay,) and our silly personalities (and dance moves) when we are together are only a few of my favorite things about her.
Groomsman
Zach became one of my best friends in high school as we shared time together on the gridiron and all those days in the weight room. Zach and I were roommates our first year at Whitewater where I was majoring in beer drinking. When you want to have a good time, the first person you want to call is Zach. Even if the fish aren't biting, he is there to make sure the bottle bass are. All jokes aside, Zach is the type of guy that would give you the shirt of his back and will drop whatever he's doing to come and lend a hand, and for that I am forever grateful.
Bridesmaid
I met this lady thanks to our best man, James I wouldn't trade our time together just hanging out with the guys for anything. One of our first (and best) memories is my first Oktoberfest after I turned 21. I had pretty much just met her but we spent all day together..literally started with breakfast at the bar at 4 A.M. I knew from then on she was always going to be the life of the party and just super fun to be around. I can always count on her to be goofy but still one of the sweetest people around. She's crazy adventurous and always pushes me to do something crazy on out visits to see her in Colorado. I still can't believe she knew about Jake proposing while we were all in Zion together for an entire day before and kept it a secret!
Groomsman
Jesse and I first met in grade school and have been raising hell together ever since. We were always tearing our cars apart in high school and cramming way too big of sound systems into them and have always shared a love for electronics. Jesse is always down for an adventure and one of the first persons I call when I want to have a good time. I look up to Jesse for his perseverance and ability to overcome difficult situations, and over the years has really become one of my closest friends.
Flower Girl
We won't ever forget meeting this little cutie after she was born. She was so tiny and made the cutest little baby squeak. We can't believe how fast she is growing up but love to see her grow into the loving, sweet, and sassy girl she is.
Ring Bearer
These two goofballs are my little brothers, we love going to visit them and watching their faces light up when they get to spend the day with our dog Charlie. They can be a little crazy at times but we sure do love them anyway!
Officiant
For those of you that don't know, this is my cousin Ben. We practically grew up together when I would basically live out at the farm during the summer time. Our bond only grew stronger when I ended up going to college in the same city as he did. He would cook me home cooked meals, invite me to parties, and constantly be watching out for me. Eventually, we both ended up finding our "forevers" at just about the same time. I remember going to his place for dinner where he cooked and let me do all my laundry and all of our conversations started to be about Jake and Jen. Crazy to think all those years ago that we would end up marrying them! He is one of the most selfless and caring people I know and we couldn't be happier that he agreed to marry us.
