Shuttle

A shuttle will provide transportation from both hotels to Linwood Country Club and return guests to either hotel following the wedding. Shuttle service will begin around 3:50 PM, with the final departure from each hotel around 4:30 PM. Following the reception, shuttle service will resume around 10:30 PM, with transportation available to the Hampton Inn, Port-O-Call Hotel, or the after party, which begins at 11:00 PM. Shuttle service will also be available from the after party to both hotels, with the final shuttle departure at approximately 12:45 AM.
Travel Note
Prefer to drive? Free on-site parking is available at Linwood Country Club. If needed, guests are welcome to leave their cars overnight and retrieve them the following day.

We’ve arranged a room block for guests at the Port-O-Call Hotel for the night before and the night of our wedding. You can reserve a room within the block by calling the hotel and referencing the “Welch/Sutterlin Wedding Room Block.” A shuttle will be available to transport guests between the Port-O-Call Hotel and Linwood Country Club. The shuttle will run multiple times to the venue, and back at night after the reception. For any special requests, such as ADA accommodations, please call the hotel front desk and mention the Welch-Sutterlin Wedding. Please be sure to book your room before September 10, 2026.
