Where can I stay?

Answer

For your convenience, we have compiled a list of nearby accommodations on the “Where to Stay” tab of our wedding website.

Question

A note for guests staying at the Le Petit Château

Answer

We have forwarded your details to the accommodation team at Le Petit Château, and they will reach out to you directly regarding the payment for the rooms. On our wedding day you’re welcome to leave any overnight bags with reception before our ceremony takes place at 1.30pm. Check-in for rooms is from 3:00 PM during our reception drinks. Breakfast is included with your room rate, and it will be served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM in the William De Percy Restaurant.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

To ensure that everything runs smoothly and to give everyone a chance to settle in before the ceremony begins, please plan to arrive at Le Petit Château by 12:45pm. The ceremony will start promptly at 1:30pm.

We plan on driving to the venue, where can we park?

Answer

There is a free parking directly outside of the venue and the William De Percy pub. There is also a free car park to the right of the William De Percy pub

Are little ones invited?

Answer

As much as we would like to invite all children, we are only able to accommodate close family children who are named on the invitations. We hope you understand, and we appreciate your support in making this day special for everyone.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

To ensure that the celebration is as special as we envision, we kindly request that guests dress in formal attire. We look forward to seeing everyone dressed to the nines!

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Answer

If you have any dietary requirements or restrictions, please let us know by contacting us via email at jakeandkatherine2026@gmail.com. We want to ensure that everyone has a delightful experience.

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?

Answer

We’re happy to let you know that you are welcome to take photos during the wedding day. However, we kindly ask that you wait to post any photos on social media until the bride and groom have had the chance to share their own photos.

A note on wedding gifts

Answer

Your presence on this special day means the world to us, and we are so grateful to have you celebrate with us. Truly, your company is the greatest gift we could ask for However, if you would like to contribute to our honeymoon fund, we would greatly appreciate it. Your support would help us create lasting memories on our trip.
