Our ceremony will take place at Ascension Catholic Church. The address is 808 S East Ave, Oak Park, IL 60304. Cocktail hour and our reception will take place at Arrowhead Golf Club. The address is 26W151 Butterfield Rd, Wheaton, IL 60189.
We recommend arriving at Ascension Catholic Church for the ceremony at least 30 minutes ahead of the 1:00pm ceremony start time to ensure you have enough time to walk to the ceremony space and find a seat. The Arrowhead Golf Club reception opens at 4:30pm for cocktail hour and dinner to follow.
At the church, there is an on-site parking lot along with overflow street parking. At the reception venue, there is a large, on-site parking lot.
Our ceremony, cocktail hour, and the reception will take place indoors. Several pictures may be taken outdoors.
Unfortunately, we are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.
As a high school teacher and a child therapist, we love children, but due to space restrictions, we cannot accommodate guests under age 18 on our wedding day.
We have not arranged a hotel block for our wedding. However, there are several excellent lodging options in the area. Guests are kindly encouraged to make their own accommodation arrangements. For your convenience, we’ve listed nearby hotels on the Travel page of our website.
While we will not be providing a shuttle, rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area. Cars can also be left overnight at the venue.

We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner with a choice of entree. There will be a choice of chicken or fish.
If you have additional restrictions please let us know we will accommodate you. We want you to feel comfortable and well fed!
There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception.

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, a wedding card box will be at our reception.

During the wedding church ceremony, with respect to the space, we ask that you refrain from taking photos. We have hired a professional photographer for the day and photos will be made available to you. We encourage you to take as many photos as you want at the reception. We will also provide a QR code for you to give us your photos!
