Cars MUST drive slowly on Green Oaks Way + on property. Remain parked in parking lot. Only guests permitted to drive around the property are wedding party, cabin dwellers, + those with accessibility issues. Other guests who have items to drop off can drive to the needed areas but then must park in lot.
Don't leave trash on the ground.
If you must smoke, DON'T leave cigarette butts on ground. Smoke in designated area only + use ashtrays provided.
Be mindful of wildlife throughout property. Don't harvest food/flowers from fields.
Respect privacy of the private dwellings on property. Stay on property. Don't wander onto neighbors’ properties. Property boundary for Pie Ranch is a few yards west of outdoor kitchen area. If you aren't staying in a cabin at Green Oaks, you must leave the property by 10:30pm.
Fire only permitted in the fire pit located near the outdoor kitchen area. NEVER leave fire unattended. Candle use prohibited anywhere on property. Don't enter paddocks/feed animals.
