There is a block of rooms reserved at The Courtyard by Marriott listed on the Stay page. There are two other hotels we recommend listed on the Stay page. We also recommend getting an AirBnB or VRBO with a group to maximize your downtime.
Each invitation specifically names the individuals we are delighted to have celebrate with us. Your RSVP will clearly indicate whether a plus one is included.
We kindly request that children stay at home as our venue has a strict policy regarding kids. All invited guests are listed when you RSVP. We hope you can take this opportunity to enjoy a kid free night!
We are ringing in the New Year with an elevated, formal, and festive dress code. We kindly ask guests to dress in classic evening attire inspired by the glamour of New Year’s Eve. Women should dress in a formal floor-length gown in black, navy, gold, or silver. Men should wear a suit in black, dark grey, or navy paired with a tie and dress shoes. Think timeless sophistication with a touch of holiday sparkle as we celebrate the evening together.
We kindly ask you to arrive promptly at 7 p.m. to allow yourself adequate time to grab a drink, socialize, and take a seat!
Both! The ceremony and the beginning of the reception will be indoors with pre ceremony drinks, cocktail hour and the second half of the ceremony being outdoors. Our venue has very strong heaters that will keep you warm all night!
Due to the time of the wedding we will not be having a full service dinner during the reception. But don't worry there will be plenty to eat! We will be having appetizers served during cocktail hour and a full charcuterie spread during the reception with amazing desserts and a late night snack!
While there is parking at the venue, it is limited. It is not recommended to leave your car overnight. We encourage you take a Lyft, Uber, or Waymo as we expect you’ll have a great time!

Outside alcohol is not permitted on the premises. All guests wishing to be served alcohol must present a valid ID. Please note that the bride and groom are responsible for any damages or violations of venue policies.
