Downtown Kirkland
Less than a 10 minute drive from The Woodmark, downtown Kirkland has a variety of great eats and activities. As we both lived in Kirkland during significant times in our lives, it will always be a meaningful place for us. Flatstick Pub is perfect for beer and putt putt. Jess's all-time favorite coffee shop, Caffe Ladro, has 2 locations. Cactus serves up some of the best nachos and margaritas. The list goes on.
McMenamins Nui Nui
Fun fact - this was where we had our first date in June 2020! It's a lowkey Tiki Bar, but sentimental to us. Bothell Main Street is nearby as well and is a great area to walk around - we love Alexa's Cafe for brunch!
Downtown Edmonds
If you're feeling a little more adventurous, the city of Edmonds is a 25-30 minute drive north from The Woodmark. This is where we had our second date, the night we both knew the relationship was going to be something special! It's a great place to eat delicious food and then walk around the waterfront. Some favorite spots are the Rusty Pelican, Red Twig, Market Fishmonger & Eatery (THE BEST clam chowder) and Rory's!
