8:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Casual Event
The event will be outside - dress warmly! The ground wood and stone. Come get a refreshment, chat with other people, and join us at our Welcome Event. If the weather is not cooperating, the event will be indoors. We suggest you eat beforehand at one of the good restaurants such as Lulus and Manditos (make sure make a reservation in advance!) or BBQ at Round Top Smokehouse. If you'd like to continue getting to know each other and hanging out, head on to the trendy Ellis Motel bar in Henkel Square.
Fri, Dec 31, 2021, 4:00 pm - Sat, Jan 1, 2022, 1:00 am
The theme is... NYE! Attire will be formal (men in suits, women in long dresses). We encourage you to embrace the theme - wear your best glam!
The ceremony is on gravel outdoors and the reception is on stone flooring indoors. We suggest bringing a jacket and/or warm layer. If you will be riding the shuttles, please fill out this release form: https://fly-rides.com/fly-rides-liability-waiver/ Shuttles pick up: The "Ruby" and "Blue Steel" shuttles will depart from E Mill St & North Live Oak Street, Round Top, TX, USA, at 3:10 pm. "Ruby" will head on to pick up guests at the Wander Inn. The bus "Texas Two Step" will pick up guests starting at 3:00 pm from the Beehive/River Oak Farms, the Vintage, and Coyote Station, in that order. Shuttle return: All buses will depart the venue at 12:50 am. Guests should ride the same shuttle they took on the way to the venue, especially those guests with specific hotel stops. Please make sure you are on the right shuttle! If you are staying in La Grange, you'll need to make your own arrangements. The Hampton Inn is a 6 min. drive to the venue. Street parking is available at the venue.
12:00 pm - 4:30 pm
If the weather is nice, we're hoping to have this event outside with some food and drinks. Boots are highly encouraged as the flooring is grass. Please carpool with others as there is limited parking. If the weather is not so nice, prepare to bundle up - we will have a fire going and warm food! In Mexican tradition, it is common for the celebration to continue one more day and is called a "tornaboda." Come join us! There will be a seafood paella and a vegetarian paella, with some refreshing beverages. BYOB is encouraged/welcome!
