The relationship Jake and Janay share is purposeful and intentional, filled with moments of joy and compassion, and something that they both continue to cherish and nurture. Janay and Jake had crossed paths multiple times before they officially met at the end of 2023. They share numerous mutual friends and had been in the same place at the same time at different moments. When they met for their first date, over a bowl of Vietnamese pho, the sparks flew immediately. And that is where their story began. The couple got engaged in Weston, Missouri during an autumn hike and were later celebrated by family and close friends. Throughout the relationship, commitment and trust have been the cornerstones of their partnership. Janay and Jake demonstrate their unwavering commitment to each other each and everyday. As Janay and Jake continually evolve in themselves and in their relationship, it’s the little acts that count the most. They value each other. They value their growth and experiencing life side by side. They enjoy a hot cup of coffee, reading books, their two dogs, Kona and Rusty, trying new foods, spending time with friends and family and above all else they love each other deeply.
