A few helpful tips:
• There are ample Airbnbs available in both Corvallis & Albany, ranging from 5-20 minutes from the venue. Lyfts & Ubers should be easily accessible.
• Look at both Eugene & Portland Airports for flights. PDX flights are typically cheaper, but EUG airport is much easier to navigate, & 45 minutes closer to the venue (a 45 minute drive, as opposed to a 1.5 hour drive).
• Rental car companies are listed at the bottom of this page. PDX airport is about 1.5 hours from the venue. Staying in Albany will put you closer to the I-5 corridor, cutting 15-25 minutes from your drive to the airport — you will just be a little further from the venue. It may be worth it to coordinate sharing rental cars & Ubers/Lyfts with others.
