Arrowwood is about five minutes from our venue and transportation will be provided to and from the venue. Rooms with our rate will be booked on a first-come, first-served basis. To book here with our wedding rate, please call and request the Udo/Douglas Wedding Rate. Prior to the ceremony, there will be a shuttle from Arrowwood Resort to Gathered Oaks at 3:30pm, 3:50pm and 4:10pm. At the end of the night, shuttles will be returning to the hotel at 9pm, 10pm, 11pm and 12am.
