Please arrive at 4pm; the ceremony will begin at 4:30pm. This will allow you time to be shuttled from the clubhouse (where you will park your car) to the house where the ceremony will be held. There will be light appetizers and beverages before the ceremony. Ceremony begins at 4:30pm. Reception begins around 5:00pm. Dinner will be served 5:30-7:30pm.

Please park at the Sunrise Village clubhouse in the neighborhood where the wedding will be held. We will have a shuttle from the clubhouse to the ceremony. Clubhouse Address: 19560 Sunshine Way. Bend, OR 97702

Guest Attire

Answer

The wedding is cocktail attire so suits (or slacks with button ups) and cocktail dresses (short or long) are welcome. Gentlemen, the tie is up to you! The ceremony and reception will both be on grass so choose your footwear accordingly.

We will have light appetizers, sparkling water and prosecco before the ceremony. El Sancho is catering dinner - there will be gluten free and vegetarian options.
