Answer

Yes! All guests are invited to join for a Welcome Party on the evening of Friday, October 22nd. All guests are invited to join for an After Party immediately following the Wedding Reception at the Willard on Saturday, October 23rd. More details can be found on your formal invitation and on the schedule section of the website.

We kindly ask that guests only bring a plus-one if it’s listed on their invitation. Each invitation has been addressed individually, and we’re unfortunately unable to accommodate additional guests. Thank you so much for understanding!

Are children invited?

Answer

We love your children, but all wedding weekend events will be an adults-only celebration. Our invitations have been addressed accordingly. Thank you so much for understanding!

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have arranged room blocks at The Willard InterContinental Hotel, The JW Marriott (located directly across the street from The Willard) and Hotel Washington (located around the corner from The Willard). Please see our travel section of the website for booking details. Beyond the provided room blocks, there are numerous other hotel options in the area.

Question

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided for any of the wedding weekend events. The recommended hotel blocks are at the wedding venue, the hotel directly across the street, and the hotel around the corner from the venue. Should you choose to stay at a different hotel, transportation to and from any part of DC is very accessible via Uber, Lyft, Metro and walking.
