We got married!

Emma and Jake first met as teenagers at the 4H Fairgrounds when they were 15. For years, they were just familiar faces in the same hometown. But that all changed during Christmas of 2021. Emma and Jake were back in Evansville for the holidays, and what was supposed to be a casual hangout turned into seven dates in seven days. By the end of that week, Jake officially asked her out and their story truly began. The next two years were spent long-distance. Jake in Nashville, Emma in Los Angeles. Countless flights, FaceTime calls, and airport goodbyes later, Jake made the move to California so they could finally be in the same place. 1 year after that, on November 2, 2024, he proposed. And now, after years of choosing each other from different cities, different time zones, and now the same home, Emma and Jake are officially husband and wife!
