What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
We would love if you could arrive to Westwynd Gardens by 4:00 p.m. to ensure you have enough time to park, walk to the ceremony area, and find a seat before the ceremony begins at 4:30 p.m.

What is the deadline to RSVP?
Answer
Please RSVP by March 14th. You can RSVP right here on our website under the 'RSVP' tab. This will allow us enough time to let our vendors know a final count. Please feel free to reach out to either of us if you have any difficulty!

Where are you registered?
Answer
We are registered through Zola and Target. You can find our registry items in the 'Registry' tab on this website. There is no obligation to buy us a gift, but if you would like to, you can see our registry there.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
The dress code for the Ceremony/Cocktail Hour/Reception is cocktail attire. Think a suit, knee-length, midi, or full-length dress, or fancy pantsuit. Colorful choices or ones with florals are encouraged!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
The parking for the entire event will be right on the grounds of Westwynd Gardens. Once you turn onto the property and drive past the sign with the venue's name, you will see a large parking lot right in front of you. Please park here and make your way to the main entrance.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
When you RSVP, please make a note of any allergies or dietary restrictions so we can ensure we have a meal that you can enjoy.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Thank you for coming from afar to spend our special day with us! We have blocked rooms at a hotel about 15-20 minutes from the venue. You can find more information about the hotel under the "Travel" tab on this website. There will be a link to a website where you can check availability and receive our preferred rate.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Children are welcome, and they will be listed on your invitation if they are invited. Just let us know on your RSVP if you are planning to bring them or having a night off!
