When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP as soon as you are able. The deadline for RSVPs is May 1st.

How do I get there?

Answer

The venue is about a 10 minute drive from Regina city limits with parking on site. Ubers will drop off but sometimes are reluctant to pick up. We are arranging for a shuttle to drop people off within city limits at the end of the night. We have possession of the venue until Sunday, so you can retrieve vehicles in the morning.

Is there a dress code?

Our dress code is cocktail attire. This can include button up shirts and blazers, mid- to full length dresses, tailored jumpsuits, and pantsuits. Tie optional. We will be outside on the grass so dress in comfortable footwear.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Due to venue constraints we have limited capacity. Only those named are invited.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Answer

No. Outside alcohol would violate the terms of our liquor license and affect our event liability insurance. There will be a cash bar on site, which we anticipate will be $3.00 per drink.

How do I get home?

Answer

We have secured a reservation code for the Best Western Eastgate in Regina (see more info on the Travel page). This hotel will double as our drop-off point for the end of the night shuttle service for both in town and out of town guests. We will be running shuttles from our venue to this hotel from around 11pm to 1am. Ubers from Regina to the Station should be no problem, but we have heard that calling Ubers to the Station at the end of the night can be hit or miss. So, feel free to take a shuttle back to this hotel and arrange a ride home from there, if you'd like. The Station also has ample parking, so feel free to drive yourself out there and leave your car overnight - just be sure to arrange a safe ride home and come and pick up your car before noon on Sunday, June 14th.
