Are flights included? Guests have the option to book their Flights & Hotels together as long as it is booked directly through resort using the wedding code WELLS27. Guests who may prefer to use credit card points can book their rooms and flights separately. Are there direct flights from Toronto? Air Canada and West Jet both fly directly from Toronto to Cabo. Unfortunately, flight information is not yet available. We will be updating the website with flight information as soon as it becomes available. Guests should book their flight to Los Cabos International Airport (SJD). The resort is approximately a 47 km's from the airport (approx 45 minute drive). We are arranging a shuttle for guests who book through the room block.
The room block rates are available to guests from March 27 to April 9, 2027. Guests are welcome to arrive on whatever date best suits their schedules. We will be hosting a welcome bon fire party on Friday April 2nd before our wedding on Saturday April 3rd. We would love for you to join us for as much celebration as possible! A more detailed schedule for the wedding weekend will be shared closer to the date as events are finalized.
When do I need to book my room? The room block rates expire on January 1, 2027. Guests who do not book before this date will not receive the group rate. We recommend booking well in advance of the deadline as availability at the resort is first come first serve. In other words, availability could vary depending on the tier of room you want. Guests should not book their stay until flight information becomes available.
How does the room block work? A major credit card is required to secure your reservation. One night’s stay will be charged at the time of booking with the rest payable upon arrival. The room block rate are those reflected on your Save the Date. If you the discount is not applied after you have inputted the discount code please contact our wedding coordinator directly at janel@lizmooreweddings.com or the resort directly for assistance. Can I book my flight and room togther? Yes. Guests may book their flights and stay together but must do so using the wedding code: WELLS27. How do I reserve my room? Guests may reserve their room within the room block in any of the following ways: 1. Online by using the link provided on the "Travel" section of this website. 2. By calling the resort directly at 1-844-530-0518. The resort will answer phone calls between the following times: Monday to Friday between 10:00 am to 6:00 pm (MT) and Saturday 8:00 am to 1:00 pm (MT). 3. By email at groupspb@pueblobonito.com. 4. Room rates are quoted in U.S. dollars per room, per night on an all inclusive basis. Prices include 16% federal tax, 4% hotel tax, and service charges. Environmental tax is not included and must be paid at check-in (approx. $3.90 USD or $79.20 MXN per room, per night, subject to exchange rate). Your all-inclusive stay includes all food and beverages, access to resort amenities and restaurants, access to beautiful sister Pueblo Bonito resorts in Cabo with a complementary shuttle. There are some perks that come with our group booking! Guests who book with our group code receive: 15% off the cost of airport transfer, 20% of spa services, 20% off tee times at the Quivira Golf resort.
The room block provides preferred pricing for both standard and executive suites with options for single, double, triple and quad rooms. The maximum occupancy per room is 4 adults (or 2 adults and 2 children). Executive and Super Executive Suites accommodate up to 6 guests (maximum 4 adults, or 4 adults 2 kids). Please note that group rates are valid until the stated deadline or until the room block is sold out. Room assignments and bedding requests are subject to availability.
Please be advised of the resorts cancellation policy: • Cancel 21+ days before arrival – full refund. • Cancel 20–0 days before arrival – 1 night charged. • No-show, late arrival, or early departure – full stay charged.
As this is a destination wedding, we will not be creating a registry. We kindly request no gifts and truly appreciate the effort everyone is making to travel and celebrate with us.
