The dress code is formal. Please be mindful that the ceremony is being held in a Catholic Church.

The church and the reception area are .4 miles from each other. It is a 10-minute walk. We encourage everyone to park near the Jepson Alumni Center and walk. There is plenty of street parking, which is free on the weekends. Please also note there is no airport in Fredericksburg.
We adore your children, but due to space and planning considerations, we are only able to accommodate children in our family. Thank you so much for your understanding.
We understand you are excited to capture our big day. However, we ask that during the ceremony you keep your phone on silent and put it away. During the reception, you may take your phones out and take pictures.
The ceremony starts promptly at 2 pm. Please arrive with time to find a seat. Traffic on weekends in Fredericksburg can be heavy; please allow adequate time to get to the ceremony.
Unfortunately, there is a limit to the number of guests we can invite, so we cannot accommodate a plus-one for everyone. If you are a special case where we have allowed you a plus one, we have listed her/his name or "Plus One" on your RSVP profile. If you feel we left out someone important, let us know, but understand that our limitations may mean our hands are tied.
Please avoid this as much as possible, but if something does happen, please let us know ASAP.
