1:00 pm
We kindly ask our guests to arrive at the Old Kitchen at Burghley House by 13:00 for welcome drinks (it's water, but not because we're stingy, because Burghley won't let us serve anything else #proseccogate).
2:00 pm
Find your seat in the Bow Room and witness Jake sweat as he awaits the arrival of his beautiful bride.
2:30 pm
After the ceremony, you're welcome to explore the State Rooms of Burghley House at your leisure. Friendly staff will be around to answer any questions you might have about the murals, portraits, sculptures, or other historical treasures.
3:00 pm - 4:30 pm
So it begins. Guests will enjoy canapés and bubbly courtesy of the Bride and Groom in the Rose Garden.
3:30 pm
Ever wanted to throw stuff at Jake and Eloise? Now's your chance! Meet in the Chestnut Courtyard to throw confetti (or whatever else you have in your pockets).
4:45 pm
Guests will be invited to join the new Mr & Mrs Burton in the Great Hall for a three-course meal. Please confirm any dietary requirements on the RSVP.
7:30 pm
The best part of the day, the reception! All you need to do is turn up, grab a cocktail, get drunk and appreciate the exquisite music courtesy of DJ Mark Green.
9:30 pm
Burned up the dance floor? Feeling famished and sore? Don't you fret, delicious finger foods we've got in store!
11:45 pm
Guests will bid farewell to the Bride and Groom at the end of the evening as they are whisked away in their wedding car to the finest Premier Inn double room that Peterborough has to offer.
