Our wedding will be a formal evening celebration featuring a ceremony, cocktail hour, seated dinner, and a lively reception. Expect a beautiful setting, delicious food, flowing drinks, and plenty of time on the dance floor.

Our ceremony will begin at approximately 5:00 in the evening. We kindly ask that you plan to arrive a little earlier, allowing time to settle in and be seated, so that we may begin promptly and share every precious moment of our special union together. We cannot wait to celebrate this beautiful chapter with you.

What is the dress code?

The dress code is Black Tie Optional: We invite you to dress for a formal evening celebration: • Gentlemen: A tuxedo is encouraged but not required! A dark suit with a tie is perfectly appropriate • Ladies: Floor-length gown, elegant midi-length dress, or formal evening attire. We encourage elevated, classic evening wear to match the sophistication of the event. We want everyone to look and feel their best selves on our special day!

Is this an adult celebration?

Yes, this will be an adult-only celebration. While we absolutely adore your little ones and teens, we have chosen to host an unplugged evening event designed for adults. We hope this provides an opportunity for everyone to relax, dress up, and enjoy a special night out with us!

Can I bring a guest or a date?

Answer

We are so grateful for your excitement in celebrating with us. Each invitation is addressed to the specific guests we would love to attend. If you have been given a plus one, their name will appear under yours when you RSVP. Please be sure to RSVP for both yourself and your guest. Due to space limitations, we are only able to accommodate those who are formally invited on the invitation. We truly appreciate your understanding.

Will the ceremony be unplugged?

Yes, we have chosen to host an unplugged ceremony. We kindly ask that all phones and devices be put away during the ceremony so that everyone can be fully present in the moment with us. We are incredibly fortunate to have an amazing photographer and content creator capturing every meaningful detail of our special ceremony. We promise to share those beautiful moments with you afterward — in the meantime, we would love nothing more than to look out and see the faces of the people we love, not screens.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes — we are delighted to host an open bar for the evening. It is important to us that our guests feel welcomed and celebrated from start to finish. Please enjoy a cocktail (or two!) on us and celebrate freely without the worry of a cash bar. Your presence means everything to us, and we want the evening to feel as generous and joyful as possible.

Where should we park?

Please note that the Ballroom offers valet parking only. Upon your arrival, professional attendants will be there to warmly welcome you and assist with your vehicle so you may begin the festivities with ease. For our cherished guests staying at the hotel block, a trolley will be available to transport you to the venue. Kindly keep in mind that the trolley is able to accommodate one dedicated trip for our guests, as it will be escorting us and our bridal party for our first look and photographs. We lovingly encourage you to be prompt so you don’t miss this special ride! If you prefer not to drive and would like to fully relax and enjoy the evening’s celebrations, we warmly suggest arranging transportation through Uber or a similar service. Our venue offers table-side meal selections! No need to pre-select your meal! Pick what you’re in the mood for when you sit down!

When is the RSVP deadline?

Formal invitations will be mailed in a couple of months. Once invitations are sent, RSVP details and instructions will be available here on the website. We kindly ask that you respond by the date listed on your invitation so we can finalize arrangements.
