Fun Fact! Tolo Lake is a man made lake which was formed from the collection of rainwater in the excavation cite of an old tar pit. In this tar pit they found a full mammoth skeleton which in on display in the town of Grangeville! But if you're looking for some interesting fishing opportunities look no further because many of the fish in this lake exhibit strange green coloring due to the toxins that now leak out of the ground and into the water!
