What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM, so we recommend arriving by 5:15 to find your seat and get settled. We can’t wait to see you there!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Please join us in formal attire to celebrate our summer evening wedding. Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place on grass, so we recommend block heels, wedges, or dressy flats for ease and comfort. Light fabrics and breathable styles are encouraged to stay cool and stylish under the summer sun. We can’t wait to celebrate with you in your finest!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes! There is complimentary valet parking at the estate.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We’ll have transportation to and from the Residence Inn in Malvern, PA on the day of the wedding. We’ll share the shuttle schedule as the date gets closer so you’ll know exactly when and where to meet.

Are children welcome?

Answer

We love all of your children, but we’re planning an adults-only celebration to give everyone (especially parents!) a chance to relax and enjoy the evening together. Unless noted otherwise on your invitation, we kindly ask that the evening be reserved for adult guests. Thank you so much for understanding—we’re so looking forward to celebrating with you!

Can I bring a plus one?

Once invitations are sent out, your invitation will indicate how many seats are being reserved in your honor.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We have a room block at the Residence Inn in Malvern, PA, and transportation will be provided to and from that hotel on the wedding day. We also recommend The Radnor Hotel in St. David’s, PA, where we have a block of rooms reserved. Due to the World Cup being the same weekend as our wedding, please be sure to reserve your rooms well in advance.

Is the event indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors on the lawn. Cocktail hour will follow on the terrace, and the reception will take place in a tent.
