What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 5PM. However, guests are welcome to start arriving at 4:30PM. We recommend arriving 15-20 minutes before the ceremony start time to get everyone settled and seated accordingly.

Where will the ceremony & reception take place?

Answer

All events are taking place on-site at Beauport Hotel. Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place on the deck over-looking the harbor. Cocktail hour will be held in an indoor/outdoor space. Dinner & reception will take place inside with the option of going outside on the deck as well.

Will there be parking on-site at Beauport Hotel?

Answer

Yes! There will be parking available on-site for guests planning to drive. However, please keep in mind it is Labor Day Weekend and Schooner Weekend so it may be busier than usual.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is formal attire. We suggest that men wear a suit and women wear a dress or gown. We want everyone to look and feel their best & have fun dressing up!
