We will be requiring proof of vaccination against COVID-19 to attend all wedding events. Out of respect for our more vulnerable wedding guests, we also ask that all guests take an at-home rapid test the day of the wedding. If you need assistance locating a test, please email mazzacollinswedding@gmail.com.
You can provide a digital image of your COVID vaccination card or an image of an official immunization record. We will be sending an email to all our wedding guests once the invitations go out and will ask that you upload a copy of your vaccination record via the link in that email. You can also send a copy to mazzacollinswedding@gmail.com.
Unfortunately you will not be able to attend the wedding events and we ask that you kindly send your regrets in your RSVP.
As much we absolutely adore your children, the wedding ceremony and reception will be an adults-only evening. However, we welcome kiddos for our welcome party and Sunday brunch! If you have any concerns at all, please reach out to mazzacollinswedding@gmail.com.
The dress code is black tie optional. For ladies, this generally means a full-length silhouette. For gentlemen, a tux isn't required but welcomed.
