Is there a dress code?

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire.

When is the RSVP deadline, and how do I RSVP?

We are mailing out the invitations in early August 2022 and we kindly ask you to RSVP by September 16, 2022. We would prefer for you to RSVP on this website under the "RSVP" tab.

Are children allowed?

Answer

We would love to include everyone! Unfortunately our budget doesn't allow for that. If your children are invited, their name will be on the invitation.

Will it be held inside or outside?

Answer

We hope to have the ceremony and cocktail hour outside if weather permits. However, should weather conditions not allow for this, we have an indoor space available. Please dress and prepare accordingly.

Can I bring a guest?

If your invite says "and guest" then you have a plus one.

Can I take photos?

Answer

We do ask that you wait to have your devices out until after the ceremony. When it's time to party, feel free to take all the pictures you want! We also ask that if you do take pictures that you use our hashtag "#williamsbemine" to share on social media.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will finish up with photos while the guests grab a plate, drink and enjoy some outdoor activities before the reception.

Will there be transportation?

Answer

A complimentary bus will be available to travel to the Courtyard by Marriot hotel at the end of the night.
