Question

Will transportation be provided to and from the venue?

Answer

Yes! We will be providing shuttle service to and from the venue for guests staying at our hotel room blocks. Holiday Inn Express & Suites: Two shuttles will depart from the Holiday Inn at 3:30 PM. The drive to the venue takes approximately 20 minutes. The Inn at Harbor Shores: One shuttle will depart from the Inn at 4:00 PM. The drive to the venue takes approximately 7 minutes. Please be in the hotel lobby 5-10 minutes before your scheduled departure time so we can stay on schedule. Return Service: Starting at 9:00 PM, shuttles will run continuously throughout the night from the reception back to both hotels.

This will be an adults-only event. We appreciate your making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Where is the wedding?

Our wedding will be held outdoors at a private residence in Benton Harbor. All events will take place on grass, so please plan your footwear accordingly.

What are transportation options if I'm not staying at one of the hotels?

Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are not readily available in the area, so please plan ahead if you're not staying at one of the hotels with shuttle service. Michigan in August is typically warm, with daytime temperatures in the mid-70s to low-80s. In the evening it can cool down slightly, so consider bringing a light jacket or wrap to stay comfortable.
