The country's oldest farmers' market, in the heart of Amish country occupies a beautiful 120 year old red brick building chock-full of local character. Regional food specialties include Pennsylvania Dutch sausage, scrapple (a breakfast meat of pork scraps and cornmeal), and headcheese (like scrapple, an acquired taste). You'll also find preserves, including chowchow (pickled vegetables in a spicy mustard sauce), and bread and butter pickles. Open Tuesdays and Fridays, 6:00 am to 4:00 pm, and Saturdays, 6:00 am to 2:00 pm year-round; the market is also a great place to buy souvenirs.
For three days shop and enjoy breathtaking creativity in a beautiful city park transformed into an outdoor gallery, just on the edge of historic downtown Lancaster. Our 39th annual event will showcase over 200 top artists and craftspeople from across the country, American artists from over 30 different states. Live music, fine food, wine and craft beer … something for everyone! All proceeds benefit the free Long’s Park Summer Music Series. Pets are not allowed within the Festival area. Properly identified service dogs are welcome.

Dutch Wonderland is a 48-acre amusement park just east of Lancaster, Pennsylvania in West Lampeter Township, appealing primarily to families with small children. The park's theme is a "Kingdom for Kids."
