What time should I arrive?

Answer

Guests are welcome to arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony, which will begin at 4:30pm.

Which entrance do I use?

Answer

Please use the entrance directly off of 309. Please look for a sign in front of the white building. The parking lot is on the right side.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a large parking lot right outside of the reception building. A golf cart will be available to transport anyone in need of assistance upon arrival to the ceremony.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids, but we're looking forward to a more relaxed evening. We kindly request that this be an adults-only celebration, with the exception of children in the wedding party.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Shuttles from Hyatt Place to the venue will be available for the wedding party. We encourage other guests staying at the hotel to use rideshare apps to the venue. All are welcome to join us in the shuttle back to the hotel for the after party. Cars can be left overnight at the venue.
