What happens between the ceremony and the reception?

There will be a brief break between the ceremony and reception, so feel free to make the most of the time! You can head back to your hotel to freshen up or explore some nearby spots. We recommend checking out the Millwork District, just a short walk from the venue. Are my kids invited to join?

Answer

We love your little ones, but we’ve decided to keep our celebration mostly adults-only, with the exception of a few close family members. If your children’s names are included on the invitation, they’re absolutely welcome. Otherwise, we kindly ask that you make arrangements to enjoy the evening kid-free. Thank you for understanding—we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Do I have a plus one?

Answer

Unless your guest’s name is included on the invitation and RSVP page, we kindly ask that you attend solo. We’ve worked hard to create an intimate celebration, and we appreciate your understanding as we keep our guest list close to heart.

Will there be transportation provided?

Answer

There will be transportation via a large bus from the reception venue to The Holiday Inn, Hotel Julien and Hilton at 11PM when the reception ends. If you plan on leaving before then and need a ride, Uber is a reliable option in Dubuque.
