When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We would love for you to have your RSVP in by August 17th to allow us time to finalize details with our Venue! After this date, we'll be turning off the online RSVP option.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly request that you wear Cocktail to Semi-Formal Attire to our wedding. This could include items such as: * Cocktail to Floor Length dresses * Jumpsuits * Suits * Nice trousers with a blouse or button-down shirt Please note that we are planning to hold the ceremony outside, with chairs set up in the grass. We will be monitoring the weather closely and will adjust our plans if necessary.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please reach out directly to Annie so I can ensure the Venue will accommodate any allergies. Our dinner will be served Buffet style. Reach out to (419) 681-3818

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests arrive between 4:45 PM and 5:15 PM. There will be a short walk from the parking lot to the back of the venue to your seats. This will ensure we can start the ceremony promptly at 5:30 PM!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception? Is there an Accessible Entrance?

Answer

Valley of the Eagles offers free on-site parking. Accessible entrance options are available at both the front and side of the venue. Please note that the ceremony will be in the back, up a flight of stone stairs. Guests needing accommodations should enter through the red front door instead.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We would love to celebrate with all our friends and family, but we are unable to extend invitations to children or guests not listed on the RSVP. We hope you understand and can still join us for a wonderful time!
