The Cheyenne Mountain Zoo is a zoological park located southwest of downtown Colorado Springs. At an elevation of 6,714 feet above sea level, it is the highest zoo in the country!
Pikes Peak
There are three ways to get up to Pikes Peak. Driving, hiking and the cogway. While we do not recommend hiking at 14er, we do recommend driving up the mountain or taking the scenic cogway! Tickets are needed in advance for the cogway and a timed entry is required to drive up the mountain! You can also do a fun Jeep Tour!
