Yes! The Bowery is a modern barn venue. Our Ceremony will take place outdoors, but the Reception will be indoors in an air conditioned room. The Cocktail Hour will take place both outdoors and indoors, with the option to stay outside if it's nice or step inside if it's a nice, hot August day.
We love the way you look dressed up! No shorts or jeans, please.
Our (quick) ceremony will take place on grass, followed by a cocktail hour and reception on smooth, hard surfaces.
Yes! Plenty of parking is available at the venue. If you end up having too much fun (which we know you will), feel free to leave your car at The Bowery overnight. There will be a shuttle available to The Hilton Garden Inn and we are told Uber and Lyft is available in the area. Cars must be picked up at The Bowery at or before 9 am on Saturday.
We are planning on shuttling guests to The Bowery from The Hilton Garden Inn at 3:45 pm for the ceremony. Shuttle service from The Bowery back to the Hilton Garden Inn will be available at 10:30 pm and 11:30 pm. There will be one trip to the venue and two trips back to the hotel. We are still working on the exact logistics and timing of our shuttle service, so be sure to check back closer to the wedding date for concrete shuttle times.
In case of rain our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place entirely indoors.
In order to allow all guests, including parents, an evening of relaxation we have chosen for our wedding day to be a 21+ occasion. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to share our big day and will enjoy having the evening off!
We are registered at Crate and Barrel and saving for our Honeymoon to Hawaii.
