Berkeley Oceanfront Hotel
NOTE: If you do not see rooms available when you go to reserve, please contact Angie or Jake and we will address with the hotel. The room rate should be $169/night. This is where we'll be staying and we've reserved a wedding block. The wedding block has standard rooms but you can reserve through the wedding block and contact the hotel for an upgrade for a discounted rate (212-292-5554). The hotel will waive the $28.66 resort fee if you book through the block. We will be having our after party at the hotel bar so this will probably be the most convenient option. Parking at the hotel is $45/night or you can opt for street parking, which is $1/hour and free from 2am - 9am. The Berkeley is a 0.4 mile walk from the venue so we will not be providing a shuttle service; however, Uber and Lyft are both in operation in Asbury Park and can be utilized by those who prefer not to walk.

Flight
Newark Liberty International Airport
Newark Airport is the closest airport and you can catch a train, rent a car, or take an Uber/Lyft to Absury Park. The train will take roughly 2 hours, while driving and Uber/Lyft will take roughly an hour. Asbury Park is very walkable, so you shouldn't need a car to get around once you get there. If you choose to rent a car, there will be plenty of parking since it will be off-season.
Flight
Philadelphia International Airport
The Philadelphia airport is a 1.5 hour drive from Absury Park. Public transit is not very direct and will take roughly 4 hours.
Train
NJ Transit
The NJ Transit can be taken from Newark Airport to Asbury Park. It's a mile from the Asbury Park train station to The Berkeley so you can walk, take a bus (#837) or Uber/Lyft. The NJ Transit can also take you from Asbury Park to New York Penn Station if you're interested in exploring New York City while you're in town. If you plan to utilize the NJ Transit, I would recommend downloading the app to see the schedule, departure times, and purchase tickets. If you purchase the ticket in the app, don't forget to activate the ticket when you get on the train.
