when should i RSVP by?

please RSVP by no later than August 21st. the earlier, the better! RSVP can be done on this website or by your mailed invitation.

dress code?

Answer

dress code is semi-formal attire. as a guide, the bridesmaids and groomsmen will be wearing black. please refrain from any casual wear (i.e. jeans, sneakers, etc.) and any variation of white (cream, eggshell, etc.)

is this an outdoor or indoor wedding?

the ceremony takes place outdoors, but the cocktail hour and reception are indoor/outdoor.

when should i arrive?

with the ceremony starting at 4pm, please plan to arrive at 3:30pm or a bit sooner. this way, you can find parking and get the best spot in the house for the ceremony with time to spare.

can i bring a date or plus one?

we are only accommodating guests formally listed on your invitation. it will state "(your name) & guest" if one has been accommodated for. thank you for understanding!

are kids welcome?

only kids allowed are those of the immediate family or specifically listed on your invitation with their names or "(blank) family." otherwise, please refrain from bringing your kids. hopefully, you can have a well-deserved night out!

what's the bar situation?

we will be providing an open bar. there will be wine, beer, spirits, mocktails and non-alcoholic beverages. please note, please no self-service alcohol (you must be served by the bar) and all liquor must have a mixer. lastly, please PLEASE drink responsibly.

where do i park?

Answer

there are two locations for parking. the first parking lot is up the hill, directly in front of the building. the second is the overflow parking, located near the entrance at the bottom of the hill. if you park in the overflow parking, there is a shuttle available to take guests up the hill to the building.
