- 6:00 p.m. dinner at Holoholo Grill, Koloa Landing Resort.

- 7:45 p.m. Lappert's Hawaii Ice Cream. Walking distance from resort.

~ 10.19.23 - Ceremony Day ~
- 2:30 p.m. Shuttle's takes everyone from Koloa Landing Resort.
(Please do NOT be late) 
- 3:30 p.m. Elopement, located at the Big Valley NTBG gardens.  
- 4:15 p.m. Photo's with family and champagne 
- 5:30 p.m. Shuttle's leave to restaurant
- 6:30 p.m. Dinner reception, located at the Hukilau Lanai Restaurant. Dinner and a bar cap to be provided.
- 9:45 p.m. Shuttle back to Kola Landing Resort
