Hotel
This is the preferred resort to book! The room block link is applicable to standard king or double queen hotel rooms with a 2 night minimum stay (September 5th, 2025 - September 7th, 2025). This special rate is only available for booking until July 7th, 2025. The resort has a variety of cabins to choose from as well! Cabins have 3-night minimums and are not included in the room block discount, but a great way to group people together and make a fun weekend out of it! If you would like to book a cabin or a shorter or longer stay, please contact the Craguns Vacation Sales team at 866-988-0562. There will be a shuttle service available from the resort to the venue and back at the end of the evening.
Hotel
The Baymont by Wyndham is another hotel option for guests. There are no minimum night stays at this hotel. The Baymont provides a 10% discount by calling the hotel directly and stating you have, or are making, a reservation for a wedding. The Baymont's phone number is 218-822-1133. There will be a shuttle service available from the hotel to the venue and back at the end of the evening.
Shuttle

A shuttle will bring guests at from Craguns Resort and Baymont Hotel to the venue. For returning back to Craguns or Baymont, the shuttle will begin at 10:30 p.m. and make continuous trips every half hour, with the last shuttle leaving at 12:00 a.m. A more specific shuttle schedule will be added here soon!
Flight
If you are flying in from out of state, MSP is the primary airport near our venue. It is a 2 hour and 15 minute drive from the airport to Craguns Resort. You also have the option of flying into the Brainerd Lakes Regional Airport.
