Check in at the hotel begins at 4:00pm and the ceremony is at 5:00pm. We suggest checking in promptly to give yourself time to touch up and make your way to the ceremony space by 4:30 to assure it does not begin without you! There will be a short 30 minute break between the Ceremony & Reception for those that need to check in late.
Although we love all of your children, due to capacity issues and budget limitations, we are limiting children to immediate family only.
We request that guests wear formal attire. It is recommended that men wear a suit or a sport coat, tie optional, and that women wear a cocktail dress, floor-length gown, a jumpsuit, or something equivalent. Floral patterned dresses that have white imbedded or light colors (butter yellow, baby blue, powder pink) are all fine - as long as it's not completely white, I don't care.
The ceremony will be located at an outdoor space attached to the main lodging, called the Greenview. Feel free to ask staff for directions if needed. The Cocktail Hour & Reception are at the Chalet, which is on the property as well, a short distance away. Grand Geneva trolleys can transport guests, or there is parking available at both locations.
If the weather cooperates, our ceremony will take place on the Greenview Lawn from 5:00–5:30 PM, followed by a 30-minute travel window for guests to make their way to The Chalet for cocktail hour beginning at 6:00 PM. In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be held indoors at The Chalet. Because travel time will no longer be needed, the ceremony will begin at 5:30 PM, with cocktail hour directly to follow.
There will be small bites provided during cocktail hour as well as a 3 course dinner service. There will be 2 meal options, for which preferences can be indicated at the time of RSVP. Vegetarian meals will also be provided upon request, and please let us know of any other dietary restrictions in advance, we will do our best to accommodate. Finally, OF COURSE there will be an open bar for cocktail hour as well as after dinner, with wine provided during dinner service.
The bar in the Chalet will be open until 11:30pm. The Grand Geneva Trolley stops running at 12:00am, so please assure you have boarded for transport by then. There is a dance club on the main property with a live DJ until 1:00am and open until 2:00am for those that wish to continue the party!!

There is free parking and valet available in front of the main lodging. From there, Grand Geneva Trolleys are available to transport guests to and from the Chalet on demand. If you prefer not to transfer via trolley, there is ample parking available in front of the Chalet as well.
The hotel block at the Grand Geneva begins at $219 per night with a $35 resort fee. There are options to upgrade on our block link as well. For those wanting to drive and lodge elsewhere, there is plenty of parking near the ceremony and reception sites.

There is a $35 per night resort fee which provides WIFI, 2 complimentary bottles of water a day, access to Spa & Sports Center including fitness facility, lockers, sauna, lap pool & fitness classes and on demand trolley transportation around the property. Please use the hotel website to make any reservations prior to your arrival. There are also salon services available for a fee if anybody wishes to use them for wedding festivities.
Unfortunately our block is only available Thursday, May 21st and Friday, May 22nd for the wedding. For those hoping to stay throughout the Memorial Day Weekend, I would contact the hotel directly for additional hotel options
We are able to extend a few rooms in our block to Timber Ridge upon request, if available. If anybody wishes to book a Villa, they should do so through the regular Grand Geneva booking link and let us know - the hotel will price adjust with a 10% discount for block rates. Trolley service is available to both of these locations as well.
