If you don't feel like renting a car or taking an uber everywhere, the St. Petersburg area has a trolley service that a lot of the locals use! You can check out the website or download the app on to your phone. It works much like a bus system, and you can ride almost anywhere on the peninsula for about 2.25 per ride!
