Yes! There's a small lot in the back of the house, or you can park along the path outside the house. DO NOT use the small lot at the bottom of the hill. Drive on up and park near the venue, so you're not stumbling around at night. I'll make sure signage is clear.
Dress code is: Garden Party Think flowers, summery, California, avoid black, use the palette and LookBook above as inspiration. (You can always text Jake and he'll let you know if it looks like a good outfit idea or not.) ALSO - It can easily be in the mid-eighties in September during the day, and then get cold at night. Bring layers!
BOTH! In the hottest time of the year in the Bay Area (our summer is later than yours) - it can get up to 90 degrees! Dress in layers but please prepare for HEAT.
Yes! The main house has an accessible entrance with a ramp around the back. All the festivities will be happening on the ground floor of the house, with access to the veranda. The restroom on the ground floor of the house is accessible. The walk between the house and wedding lawn is paved, though there is a short walkway leading into the wedding lawn that has some uneven gravel. The wedding lawn has astroturf.
Yes! There are multiple beautiful gardens all around the grounds of the venue. Especially check out the rose garden next to the greenhouse — there are entrances on either side of the greenhouse. Please feel free to explore!
