Jake and Amy first met in San Francisco in the fall of 2017, despite spending three years together at Cornell without ever crossing paths. By the spring of 2018, Jake had won over Amy with his endless puns, and they started dating. Since then, they’ve weathered a pandemic together in a one-bedroom Oakland apartment, adopted a tiny 3.8-pound Teacup Yorkie named Okami, and settled into life in Santa Cruz. Now, eight years later, they’re excited to tie the knot in their favorite place and celebrate with the people they love most.
