Entrances into The Paseo are on South Marengo Avenue, East Green Street and Arroyo Parkway. The walkway from the parking lot to NOOR is on the roof level. Cross walkway to get to NOOR. Parking rate are $1.50 for each half hour with a daily maximum of $12.00. NOOR provides complimentary validation for 90 minutes only.
